It really doesn't matter what OS is running, there is a chip that controls that in hardware, not software. It does not shutdown holding the power button. Open up Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and manually End Process/Task any programs in the Processes tab and it might eventually shut down. You can only upload files of type PNG, JPG, or JPEG. The workarounds get quite convoluted and complicated, and have yet to solve my problem.But yes, it's really annoying when things don't work, or don't work as well as you'd expect. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO TURN IT OFF!
