It's fully automatic.

I am really disappointed with the defragmentation part of the program. And you just need to install & forget it. I honestly believe its not true. Why defrag your hard drive after the fact, when you can prevent the majority of fragmentation in the first place.

To completely remove an entry from its' list you have to edit the registry, or use a third-party tool like Msconfig Cleanup Utility or a startup manager. I use rsync from linux to back up files to it from the NTFS data partition, and obviously that needs no defragmenting either. As with all IObit software it is easy to install, use and very reliable.
