There are no paper jams. It puzzles me that a machine of such obvious poor quality, which consumes ink by the gallon could get such high reviews. It will be cheaper than a repair. Foreign object ex. Its mainly guess work now. See if your error is still present.

I have blown air in and used isoprpyl alcohol to clean what I can, but can't get anywhere near the purge unit.
