If I run the both applications (Diapp, Adacrystalapp) in debug mode then reports are generating on 64 bit machines (win7/vista) also without any problems. Thanks. For future reference, there is a help file which installs with Crystal reports that highlights which crystal report dlls need to be distributed with your package. If you are using WINDOWS 98/95 then copy all the dll files in C:\WINDOWS\CRYSTAL and if you are using NT then Copy into C:\WINNT\CRYSTAL.
